Ask for a demolition quote – in English
Tell us about the building and what you want to achieve. You can write in English or Spanish; the quote is written and with no obligation.
The more of the following you can send, the more precise the first quote will be:
- Photos of every side of the building, the roof, the inside if possible, and the access from the street or track.
- Location: the address, or at least the municipality and the urbanización or area.
- Size: approximate built area in m², number of floors, and whether there is a basement.
- What is demolished and what stays: house, annexes, pool, terraces, slabs; boundary walls, trees or structures to keep.
- Access: width of the street or drive, gate, slope, whether a lorry can reach the plot.
- Materials: anything you suspect is asbestos-cement (uralita) on roofs, tanks or pipes.
- Documentation: anything your técnico has prepared, and any letter from the town hall.
- Deadline: when the demolition has to be finished, for example for the start of a new build.
